PICKUP

Orders can be picked up from our studio at 28 Careen Street, Battery Hill, Sunshine Coast, Qld.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Products are generally ready to ship within 1-3 days (for a small order).  Larger orders may take a week or two to finish, depending on the quantity.

EASY RETURNS

Please contact me before returning an item. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt or an email contact. Items must be returned new and unused. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please email me to resolve any problems, I am happy to help. Returns can be in the form of an exchange or a refund depending on the situation.

 

SECURE ORDERING 

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please note that it is highly unlikely that items will be lost in the mail, however we take no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen items. For extra protection, insurance or tracking can be included, please notify me if you would like to add this to the delivery cost.
