OUR PHILOSOPHY
Conscious Energy/Connection to Life/Higher Self
At the most basic level we are all life energy. When we are relaxed, in a safe space, eyes closed, all the busy thoughts and mental chatter gone, we are able to feel this knowledge experientially. The expansiveness, the freedom, the unconditioned love. The knowing that this is who we truly are.
Ego/Personality/Body/Thoughts
At a more superficial level we are often identified with the thoughts and beliefs held by our minds and body. Occasionally just becoming aware that we are, at our core, connected to all life and made of life energy is enough to snap us out of our old belief systems but for most of use a bit more work is required.
Depending on our unique personality we may need a specific practice to help change our habits and see ourselves with more clarity (eg. we may have self-destructive behaviours we cannot see). Therapeutic practices such as Meditation Therapy, Breathwork, Core Clearing Breathwork, Body Work and Holistic Counselling are wonderful modalities that help us make peace with our pasts, trust in the unknown future, see ourselves with greater clarity and learn to feel safe in our bodies in the quiet spaciousness of the present moment.
THERAPIES
Holistic Counselling
Holistic Counselling looks at the whole person (including lifestyle, mental, physical, emotional aspects) to determine potential imbalances. The sessions include basic astrology and numberology to help to investigate the unconscious tendencies that may be creating internal conflict and pain. The therapies used include personalised guided meditations, lifestyle adjustments (where necessary), and techniques to process emotional blockages (from both the recent and distant past). This combination allows genuine release, the ability to forgive (yourself and others) and move forward with joy and freedom.
Group Meditation
Group meditation therapy is the perfect way to help you heal from the inside out. Introductory meditation includes the following practices (and more):
- remembering our true nature (peace),
- self love/healing meditations,
- self inquiry/ becoming the witness to your thoughts,
- exploring our subconscious beliefs/ values/ determining what is the most important thing,
- processes to heal held/stuck emotional baggage,
- learning to trust in life again.
Sound Therapy
Let the pure sound vibrations reset your nervous system and bring you back into balance. Provides beautiful clarity.
