MEDITATION PROPS

Comfort during your meditation practice is very important to allow you to go deep within.  Getting to your optimum comfort level is very personal.  Do you have tight hips? Then a folded stool may help. Do you have sore knees?  Then a cloud mat and meditation cushion combination may be best.  Once you have found the perfect fit you are free to focus on the important stuff.... peace, openness, expansion.
